A message may appear on your Android device while downloading HillyPix:
“This app is not compatible with your device.”
Take note that older versions of Android devices or aren’t Play Protect certified cannot download the HillyPix App from the Play Store. If that is the case, it is best advised to upgrade your device or install the HillyPix App on a Compatible device or device that easily supports the HillyPix App.
If you find trouble signing in to HillyPix, you can reset your password through SMS (Registered Phone number on HillyPix) or email. If you forget any of the provided details (Email or Phone number), you may be able to provide more information online to recover your account.
